A complete dust filter cartridge consists of pleated filter media, inner & outer galvanized/SUS304 stainless steel support mesh, upper and lower end caps, EPDM elastic sealing gaskets and tension fixing bands.
- Deep uniform pleating maximizes effective filtration area, expands dust storage space and extends replacement cycle.
- Hot melt integral bonding tightly combines filter paper and end caps without gaps, completely avoiding unfiltered air bypass leakage.
- Double-layer internal and external metal support skeleton resists high-pressure pulse backblowing and long-term airflow vibration, preventing pleat collapse and cartridge deformation.
- Multiple mainstream installation structures: six-lug quick disassembly, flange type, threaded top, bayonet twist-lock, compatible with most imported and domestic dust collector brands.
