The filter cartridge is composed of pleated filter material, inner and outer protective support mesh, PU reinforced end caps and high-elastic sealing rubber rings. Integrated hot melt bonding delivers tight overall structure without air leakage. Optimized pleat spacing maximizes effective filtration area and dust storage volume. Multiple installation structures including lug type, flange type and thread type are available for quick disassembly and on-site replacement. The built-in metal skeleton resists airflow impact and vibration, avoiding deformation or collapse during long-term continuous operation.
