Product Structure & Manufacturing Process

The dust filter cartridge is composed of multi-layer pleated filter media, inner & outer galvanized/stainless steel support mesh, PU integral end caps and EPDM elastic sealing rings. All joints are hot melt sealed to eliminate air leakage. Optimized uniform pleat spacing maximizes effective filtration area and dust storage volume. Built-in rigid metal skeleton resists airflow impact and long-term vibration, avoiding collapse or deformation during continuous pulse cleaning. Multiple installation styles including flange type, lug type, threaded top and snap-on design support quick disassembly and replacement on site.
